JJ's Plumbing & Drain Services provides plumbing support in my community, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Jordan, who is obviously extremely knowledgeable in his work with drains and sewage-related issues. Chrissy, JJ's office manager, was extremely helpful and very reassuring. Jordan and Chrissy made a challenging recent situation much easier because of their kindness and professionalism.

The first time I used JJ’s, I was referred by a friend. We had a major sewer back up at our house and we needed a plumber fast ! We called JJ’s and they came out right away. Our technician was Jordan and he was really great. He walked us through the problem and how they were going to fix it. From start to finish, Jordan and his helper were so professional and courteous. They fixed the problem quickly and we have never had a problem since. We’ve used JJ’s on a few other projects at our home, and they are always so consistent and knowledgeable.
